Mental Health Resources
Mental health is something many of us struggle with or maybe don't even think about on a daily basis. Now that we are in quarantine, I know many are suffering worsening problems or experiencing mental health issues for the first time. It is important to know that it's okay to not be okay and that you are not alone. This week we take the time to focus on how to speak up and reach out when we are in need and how to help those who are in need. It can be as simple as checking in on a neighbour or loved one, or taking time out of your day to practice self-care. There are many options and safe spaces to connect with others and seek help.
